“Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours.”

“place was clean and tidy and direct access to the beach was a definite plus and short walk to the shops and pub. Beach was lovely and so much sand. It was a shame that the weather was not on our side and that Mondays are a day that a lot of places are closed but the Ship provided an excellent take away service as my husband put his back out on day two ”

“The host was welcoming and very responsive. I had an issue with wifi password (completely my own fault) and they were very quick to help. I am marking as OK as there was a broken window handle in the main bedroom, this meant we were cold with the blind moving in the wind overnight. This sort of thing should have been noticed and fixed before we arrived, especially as this was an upgrade as the property we had booked was "unexpectedly unavailable". I can see this being a lovely place in Summer.”

“The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. The main problem was that despite it being in the middle of a heat wave the back bedroom window was locked with no key available and the water heater was in the same room so it was even...

“Very much enjoyed the location for journeys to the local beaches. We liked the outside space and inside particularly the sizeable wet room/ shower but the living area was a little small for us. Enjoyed the places to walk round in the property and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout. The outside area was enclosed enough for our dog but a small dog could potentially get under the gate ”
