With honey-coloured wooden floors, exposed beams and brickwork, and a large double-fronted fireplace, the open-plan living area features two seating areas and a dining table for ten, perfect for socialising and relaxing. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd, and there are additional seating areas on the outside patios for al fresco feasts. When it’s time to rest your head, choose between a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom offering flexible accommodation, along with a king-size with an en-suite, and two doubles, which share use of the family bathroom. There’s a further king-size bed in the annexe, along with a shower room and a small kitchenette, offering additional privacy for a couple. Outside, the delightful lawned garden features wildflower meadows and ample space for kids and dogs to play, along with a terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Ample private parking is available.
Enjoy lazy days on the Broads, strolling along nature-lined paths, hiring a boat or cycling along country tracks, pausing for refreshment breaks at riverside pubs. For a change of pace, venture into the lovely city of Norwich to explore its two cathedrals, castle and the winding lanes, bursting with independent shops, pubs and restaurants.
