“Staff very friendly and helpful room lovely and warm when I checked in quite late in the evening as I was visiting family in hospital very clean and quiet ideal for anyone travelling to queens medical centre in Nottingham to see family one gentleman on reception on Thursday 15 th January 2026 made my trip he was brilliant also the reception is open 24hours ”

“La recepción del hotel, junto a la entrada, deja un poquito que desear.. la habitación aún que ligeramente pequeña, es bastante acojedora y limpia, el baño muy bien y la temperatura de la habitación perfecta !! ”

“Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.”

“The room was fabulous, it had a really comfy bed, the pillow's were perfect, the room itself was extremely spacious, there were little extras like we had biscuits left with the tea and coffee and an ice bucket which we used. The towells in the bathroom were huge and soft. The reception staff were super friendly and we were able to check in really early when we arrived instead of having to leave our luggage. Excellent hotel.”

“Nice hotel. Booked a twin room but got a family room! Ideal for a short stay if visiting Motorpoint Arena. Not the Ritz but great for the price. Will definitely stay again if I’m going to an event in Nottingham 👍”

“Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...
