“Although it was nice, the apartment was not the one in the pictures, a little deceiving and also was not told that it was on 2 levels. The communication with the host was not great, there were no instructions in the apartment about anything (we looked everywhere for the washer/dryer only to be told on the last day that it was in the basement of the building and you have to download an app to use it.)I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and my son has owned several, so I would suggest to the host to...

“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”

“Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....
