“Very niiace”

“Great location, great space, and great communication from host”

“Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. We had some...

“Convenient location, friendly and informative host, great amenities, and clean accommodations! This easy access, cozy spot enhanced our already great trip, highly recommended.”

“The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

“My reservation was canceled the same day. It was a terrible experience”

“This is a very unique and comfortable property. Felt like home. The neighborhood offered all the amenities within walking distance. Great communication with the owner and on-site contact. Highly recommend.”

“My host never communicated (and still hasn't) about access to the property. We had to stay in an airport hotel and make other reservations. I can't believe this happened. I communicated with your staff who were apologetic and helpful. I can't believe this host would have done something so irresponsible.”

“We had a wonderful time.”

“We stayed one night. Description was accurate.”

“Great stay”

“Everything was great”

“Communication was excellent. Everything was exactly as advertised. This place was with when walking distance of every place that I needed to visit. I'd rent again in a heartbeat”

“It was terrific to stay in Chinatown . A nice neighborhood feel. Don’t be disuaded by the entryway - apartment is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Quiet at night . I may have slept better here than at home. The host was easy to get in touch with when I had a question . Highly recommended.”

“Jeyhun’s place was exactly as pictured, in a very safe area, and super close to lots of cute shops and great restaurants. We loved the decor and the beds were extremely comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful - he provided quick assistance and clear check-in instructions with pictures. Would definitely recommend!”

“Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.”

“It is the perfect location. Very clean. Very safe. Would stay forever if i could.”

“We enjoyed our stay! It's a perfect location and we loved the appartment. Extra the rooftop and the gym *****”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during...
