Brydone Hotel Oamaru
Check in was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade. A pleasant surprise. The Bistro and dining room were great. The food was a bit pricey but we didn’t mind paying a bit more to eat in when we were looked after so well. We would stay there again.

Alpine Motel
Owner really rude and aggressive, knocking on the door at 10.00 asking us to leave. Not 10.10 or 10.01. It seem he was waiting at the door looking at his watch. After I said ok, and even when he could see that my baby was half dressed, he knocked again 30 seconds later. In two months in New Zealand ...
