Disfruta de unas vacaciones increíbles en la playa. Este encantador apartamento de 3 dormitorios, tiene 2 patios con vista al mar, televisión por cable, muchos juguetes y sillas de playa, y todo lo que necesita. El complejo está en la playa, tiene 2 piscinas climatizadas, bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio.

Despierta por la mañana con el sonido del océano. Desayune en la gran terraza con vistas a la piscina y la playa. Pase la mañana en la arena y tal vez disfrute un poco de surf. Explore las docenas de restaurantes locales para almorzar. Dé un paseo por los exuberantes jardines llenos de arroyos y estanques (con peces). Nade en una de las dos enormes piscinas o relájese en los jacuzzis de gran tamaño. Dirígete a Disneyland, Legoland, SeaWorld o el zoológico de San Diego. Alquile una bicicleta y pasee por la ciudad costera. No olvides tomar un helado en tu camino de regreso. Para la cena, disfrute de la vida nocturna y los restaurantes de la zona, o diríjase a Los Ángeles o San Diego para divertirse en la gran ciudad. Oceanside lo tiene todo.

El apartamento en sí tiene capacidad para 12 y está muy bien decorado con sofás de cuero de felpa, TV de pantalla plana, cable, wifi, mesa de comedor, mesa grande en la terraza, juego completo de utensilios de cocina, platos y ollas, lavadora pequeña (lavadora grande máquina y secadora de pago en el edificio), y una gran variedad de juguetes de playa.

Estamos disponibles las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana para ayudar a responder cualquier pregunta y brindar ayuda. No estaremos en las instalaciones, pero conocemos muy bien el área.

Visitamos Oceanside en 2011 y nos enamoramos del complejo, el área y la playa. Comenzamos a bajar casi todos los meses y alquilar. A nuestros hijos les encantó tanto y disfrutamos tanto el tiempo familiar de calidad que decidimos comprar un lugar y venir con más frecuencia.

Nuestra parte favorita es la playa. Es realmente asombroso. Por la mañana, la marea sube directamente a la playa, pero por la tarde baja unos 100 metros. La arena se vuelve firme y a los niños les encanta correr, explorar y desenterrar tesoros. Nunca hemos visto una playa como esta y podemos pasar toda la semana sentados bajo nuestras sombrillas viendo cómo los niños se divierten como en ningún otro lado.

Loved the amenities and how close the place was to the beach, surrounded by beautiful nature and flowers. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We did have a small issue with ants and found the upstairs bathroom a bit uncomfortable, but aside from that, everything was great.

This property is very old - obviously has not been renovated in 30 years. Blinds broken, screen busted out, towel bar ripped off the wall and not replaced, toaster broken, lamp shades falling off the lamps, main TV wouldn’t turn off unless we unplugged the cable box (now we understand why it was unplugged when we got there), and more. The location was great as advertised and the grounds of the complex were beautiful. The condo itself was extremely disappointing. I can’t imagine that the rave reviews were actually true.

Wonderful location for this 3 bedroom condo. The bunk room was spacious and the kids loved trying the top bunk! The balcony was great for viewing the ocean and the pool. We loved the grounds and our 8 year old grandson was sure we were in Jurassic Park. They loved feeding the fish, and our 13 month old loved running the length of the hallway! The kids enjoyed the various spaces this condo provided, as well as their own private TV. Mom and dad appreciated their upstairs suite with their private TV as well. We had a wonderful time at North Coast Village and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for supplying a baby gate. It was a lifesaver!

We loved this property. Amazing floor plan for our family. The grounds make you feel like you are in a tropical location. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. The beach is literally outside the gates. My grand kids loved the pool, Koi pond, and Monarch butterfly area on the property.

Awesome place for our family

Awesome stay for our family of 7 with 5 kids ages ranging from 3 to 15. Perfect location for us. Right on a great beach and the condo had everything we needed for beach days including the boogie boards, sand toys, pool toys, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers etc. The convenience of not having to pack or buy any of that was a major plus for us. We loved the upper balcony for dining with views of the ocean, the pool, hot tub, koi fish, and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the other amenities on site. We appreciated that the bedding was duvets for a cleaner feel. This place is a gem. We would love to go back!

Excellent Accommodations

Wonderful condo unit, very spacious and comfortable. Offered plenty of amenities. We loved the large outdoor heated swimming pool and the extra large hot tub. The grounds were beautifully maintained with lovely Christmas lights all over. There is security walking around in the evening, very helpful with questions and made us feel safe. We used the outdoor grill 2x, very convenient for grilling burgers and chicken. This condo is right o the beach, GREAT LOCATION!!!!

Great Location

We had a really great time renting this condo. Even though we ran into a few hiccups, the communication with the property manager was excellent and he/she seemed to do their best to get to the bottom of our issues. Although they weren’t all resolved, he/she was so friendly and nice and that meant more to us. Pros: -location is right on the beach with two different ways to access the beach. We could see the ocean from our balconies and that wasn’t even advertised but was a huge plus! -amenities were excellent. We had fun golfing and going to the gym. We never made it to the pool because the pool was closed on the only day we could go. -so much space in the condo and all the towels, beach towels, beach toys you could need and even a wagon to pull it all. Cons: - we didn’t have any hot water our first day and night! That was a huge bummer because it was cold and we all needed showers. We communicated with the property staff but they did not get our message until the next day. To be fair, it was pretty late when we realized the hot water was out. -pool was closed for an entire day. -Carpet was SO old and stained in the main living space and would be such an easy and small area to replace.

3 adults and 3 16 yr old boys from MI for National Semi Final Soccer Championship Super fun trip and experience! Resort had everything we could ask for except its own bar/restraint but there were so many so close! We even rented Surf Boards and went surfing!

Great stay

Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) had a great stay. Condo was clean and functional and communication with owner was easy. Check-in was a *bit* difficult, because the "guest" parking lot was not marked and the check-in guard shack was entirely hidden by foliage. But, otherwise, condo was great, communication was good, and property and location fit the the bill.

Nice condo right on the beach

The property is a quick walk to the beach as well as a short walk to restaurants and a boardwalk. No grocery stores walking distance but not far by car. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and access to the beach.

Great Unit for Families

This was a great unit for our family at North Coast Village. We love staying at North Coast Village in Oceanside, and this unit was perfect with the bunk beds allowing each of our kids to have a separate bed. The pool and the grounds are wonderful as well as having the beach right there.

Great location!

We love North Coast Village! The location of this condo was great- we had a view of the ocean and beautiful gardens, and it was a short walk down to the beach. The three bedrooms were spacious enough for all our group. The weather was great and we enjoyed our trip. Definitely would recommend!

Family Reunion

We had such a great time!! The condo was big and roomy! We had 5 adults and 4 children and all slept comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen things to make the trip enjoyable!! Convenience of a small load washer/dryer in the unit. Highly recommend!!

Very large condo!

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to the beach! For a large party of 9 it was perfect for our needs. Quick beach access, fast check in and east parking. We found the condo very clean and there are plenty of chairs nand an umbrella for your use. We loved jumping into the pool or hot tub in the evenings and enjoyed the other amenities on the property. The owner was quick to respond to any question before arrival and very easy to work with.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great, right on the beach, and the grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The apartment had lots of space for our 5 adult & 2 kids group. It's an older apartment but is well maintained and equipped with great stuff for days on the beach. There's 1 assigned parking spot, we had 2 cars so second car has to use guest parking and be moved every 24 hours, the property is strict on this so be aware.
