Great location, lovely grounds, super helpful host

The property was amazingly located in Oceanside - we walked almost everywhere. The host was super friendly and easy to contact. Unit is a little dated but met our needs perfectly. Watching the sunset from the patio was a highlight!

Wonderful stay

I would highly recommend this property. The owner was nice and responsive. Everything you needed was at the condo. The roof deck was awesome. This was by far one of the nicest trips we have had to Oceanside. Everything is in walking distance that you need. We will be going back.

I would not recommend this property. The listing was a complete bait and switch. The photos are from 2017 when purchased and NOTHING has been fixed/ updated. It did not accurately represent the current condition of the home. Slumlord vibes 1000%. When we arrived, the house had a strong musty, moldy, mildew smell. Everything felt damp, there was no functioning air conditioning or even a dehumidifier, multiple windows were broken, the furniture was ripped and worn out, food on the carpet and floors, hanging blinds off the wall, and the property was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The home is extremely dated and the layout of the complex makes it difficult to get from one area to another. Because of the condition, we contacted the owner immediately upon walking in to the property, sent photos, and requested to cancel our stay minus whatever fee they felt necessary. We left because the property was not what was advertised and disgusting. I have spent over a week trying to get it resolved, put on hold for over an hour multiple times, and have still not received the refund or meaningful communication. Between the misleading listing, poor condition of the property, and the lack of customer service afterward, this was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. The pictures are NOT what you get. Beware. I cannot recommend staying here, even my kids commented on the smell and condition immediately upon entry(they are 7).

We had a great time as a family of 6. We loved being close to the beach and near the fun little shops at the harbor. So many memories were made and we would stay again for sure.
