Girls getaway

Enjoyed the location. Property clean but a bit sparse with very limited paper goods (TP, paper towels, napkins etc). Only 1 wine glass which was surprising but okay. Internet was a bit spotty but we were able to make calls depending on where you were in the house. Communication with owner was great and check in and check out was easy. Great location right on the water.

Amazing!

Beautiful property! Sparkling clean! Spacious, airy! Could not ask for a better view or location! Walking distance to so many fun places! Only negative was there was no grill or firepit as was listed in the agreement.

Great views of the ocean

We had an excellent stay. It is located in a generally central location of oceanside with many food options to the North or south. We loved having a garage to park in. For reference We drove a suburban and it fit with just a few inches to spare! The views of the ocean are great, and the sound of the waves is relaxing, however,just because the beach is right out the back porch it is rocky and not a place for kids to play at the beach. You will have to plan to go to another beach to get good sandy areas. For us we didnt mind taking the car to another spot. We walked to breakfast at SK's Donuts every morning. Highly recommended SKs for a yummy donut or breakfast sanwhich. The vacation rental home had everything we needed and offered a great place to retreat too after days of adventuring. Check in was easy and all the locks and codes worked perfectly. we had no issues and it was clean the master showeer is pretty fun too!!

Gorgeous Stay

Even better than the pictures! Very nice condo, great location, plenty of amenities. The view and sounds of the ocean are just incredible! We saw dolphins and seals playing from the patio.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Having extra bath towels would had been more helpful. One towel per person for four days is not enough. We had to buy laundry soap and wash our towels daily.

Beautiful view- very comfortable property

Lovely and clean beach level unit in quiet and neighborly area of Oceanside. Sounds of waves crashing along property, makes for a great night’s sleep. We had dolphins galore in front of property. Not for the infirm- stairs down to unit and stairs into sunken master shower. The only downside is some lack of privacy- shared common (sand) space just outside unit with two other units. But manageable. WiFI works well but can’t take or make phone calls from unit- have to walk up to street level. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend.

Great beach house in Oceanside

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. We were directly on the water. It was very nice to have that view. I had my 4 children ages 8,6,3,and 1. Our youngest was in a pack and play and the other 3 shared the room. Otherwise it would have made the sleeping situation a little tricky. (We much prefer a closed bedroom for The kiddos.) The house had a lot of space. Both rooms each had walk in closets and ample space to unpack your bags. It was very nice having a parking spot on sight. The washer and dryer came in handy. We needed it. I did bring my own laundry soap. It’s hard to know what amenities you will have when you arrive. The master suite is large and the shower tub is odd at first but we actually really liked it! It was so nice and warm and steamy! We cooked quite a few meals in the property, the kitchen has the very basics for you. We brought a lot of our favorite tools from home and I am so glad that we did. Just for ease of cooking. Sharing the downstairs sand space was great. We enjoyed all the other guest company when we were there together. Everyone was so kind. There was plenty of towels and pillows provided but still brought a couple of our favorite comforts from home. The patio furniture is a bit worn but honestly it’s kinda expected with the sea breeze right in your backyard. The rock wall barrier between the beach and the property is a bit precarious with little children. My older kids did really well though and loved it.

Loved the views

We loved this place. The views and sounds from the ocean were amazing. Only thing I would suggest would be to update the washer and drier. Washer took forever and drier had a musty smell but otherwise we were sad to leave.

So close to the Ocean

We really enjoy this unit. Great value! They thought of pretty much everything one needs. Wonderful common area with a grill and firepit. There is a garage for your car which is good to use. The main toilet ran all the time. I’m sure it is an easy fix. The weirdest thing is the main bedroom was incredibly hot. The heat was coming from the ceiling. It seriously was hot. The fix was leave the bedroom doors open at night. There are only fast food Mexican restaurants near by. We tried Roberto’s which was wonderful. Sit down restaurants are about 10 minute drive away. We saw dolphins swimming in front as well as surfers. Fun to watch. We would rent there again if those two items are fixed.

The place is set next to white water ocean.The place was extremely clean,cute and decorated simply to amplify what you are there for,the ocean view and sound of the waves. One unique thing about this place is it has a brightly tiled grotto shower,sunken down two steps. Fun and different. There is a small garage to park in,which is worth its weight in gold when it comes to bigger city parking. Near downtown,but quiet. The home is larger than expected,with a huge porch on the back with the ocean view of a lifetime. We sat here night and day listening to the waves hit. We saw several surfers, dolphins and endless sailboats. Management was easy to work with and even came to unlock a door for us when we locked it by accident. We would highly recommend this place,and can not wait to stay again!
