Venga a escapar al lujo en este alquiler de vacaciones de 5 dormitorios frente al mar. Este condominio es parte de un complejo de seis unidades en la playa. Hay un ascensor disponible en esta unidad para aquellos que tienen dificultades para subir escaleras. El edificio y el condominio tienen acceso para sillas de ruedas y el alquiler cuenta con hermosos pisos de pizarra, una gran cocina perfecta para cualquier cocinero con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una sala de estar con un gran televisor de pantalla plana, vistas que miran directamente a la playa, un balcón frente al mar y un spa privado. Perfect!!

Great time. Great location. Condo was perfect for our large family. There were 11 of us. Everyone had plenty of room to do there thing without us getting in each way. Well equipped kitchen. We loved backing up to the ocean, so beautiful!!

Overall good time

We had a nice family weekend getaway to round out summer. The place was in a great location. You can hear the crashing of the waves all day and night and see beautiful sunsets. The only con was that it could use some updating. One of the couches is broken and all of the furniture looks worn and dingy. For the amount we paid, I would expect then to keep the place up a little better. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Excellent Location & Property but "Fits 21" is a bit of a stretch

The location of this property in Oceanside, CA is truly exceptional … right on the water with fantastic sunset views & being at the end of the walking path, not too much tourist traffic. The place is clean, tidy & has all the necessities right in the house with basic stuff already provided. Truly an exception property. The only area of concern was that when we booked it for 5 families (20 people), the listing said sleeps 21 people but in our experience, comfortable sleeping is for 18-people with additional 3 that can sleep in an uncomfortable position (small side beds or couch)

Beautiful view but…

The first night we were there my 14-year-old nephew found a bottle of Narcan next to the hot tub (the lock on they gate to the complex was broken). The second night when our family returned from dinner the front door was wide open. The third night we returned from dinner to find my husband’s new laptop and backpack (with Bose air pods) and my BIL’s new work phone gone. The WiFi worked one of the 5 days we were there and the floors were FILTHY when we arrived. Everything else in the online listing stated was true.

Amazing getaway

The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a excellent location for restaurants.Nice area for walking next to ocean, also walking through a nice town and shops. They have a nice farmers market near by.The one bedroom did not have a closet. It also didn’t have a dresser to put your clothes in.Unfortunately the house next door (not our complex) did not observed the 10:00pm curfew. After two nights of it I called management about it. They said they would check it out. But that night the people were up parting till 2:00am.Called again to report. That night they were quite by 10:30pm.

The view was amazing. However, The floors were sandy. $250 charge to check in early is ridiculous! If the room is ready, it should be no problem to check in a little early

The property exceeded all expectations. Sleeping arrangements, accommodations and location was exactly what we were looking for. It is a great feeling when a property doesn't advertise or produce photos that aren't realistic.

Family Vacation 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The grill was less than adequate as the knobs wouldn't control the flame and only the back part of the grill functioned. The garage gate malfunctioned and would not open so we had to park on the street a couple times for awhile but a repairman was sent out fairly quickly. More bath towels would of been nice for the size group we had. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations. There was several nights that it was noisy well after 10 PM. One suggestion we have is that perhaps some folding drying racks could be available to hang swim suits on as there was no where to even hang bath towels let alone suits. Overall a great stay for our family!!!

Our Annual Staycation

This is our second summer staying with Beachfront properties and it just keeps getting better. The place was lovely and perfectly located. Management is responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to next year.
