  • Summary:

    Step out the front door and into a new world on the world-class beach of Oceanside. This one-bedroom house has been completely renovated and updated to reflect the beauty and majesty of the crashing waves and brilliant sun of the Pacific. You'll find everything you need here to rest, relax, and be inspired to take on what's next in this crazy world.



    The Space:

    Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days.



    Guest Access:

    Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



    Other Things to Note:

    There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay. Please also note you are welcome to bring one (1) dog. An additional fee of $35/night is required for your dog.

Place was cute and location was prime. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Steps away from the sand. Would definitely book again. Communication with Nick and Amy were fantastic.

My experience with this VRBO was excellent! It was very clean inside and out. Amazing location right on the beach. They provided all plates, cups, utensils for our meals. They also provided chairs and beach towels so we can enjoy the beach without the hassle of bringing our own. Highly recommend!

Nick was amazing in welcoming us, via messages, and provided much needed info as I am handicapped. Loved the cute room, loved it was just a few steps away from our front door. The only drawback I can think of, I wished there was onsite parking. I did manage, the fact that Pacific st has overnight parking. Thank you Nick for the awesome stay

Escape AZ heat

We arrived to a clean and welcoming home on the beach. Finding the location with a large truck can be difficult to navigate but it was very easy to access. Great location that is within walking distance of many awesome restaurants. Parking was never difficult to find, even on the weekend. Highly recommend all to stay here.

Escape from the heat

Oceanside was a great escape from the AZ heat! The property was close to the beach, the pier, coffee, shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Although right on The Strand, the nights were surprisingly quiet- even with the windows open. We had a wonderful time with two of our teen daughters.

Oside home

We stayed here while I was back in town visiting family. Very clean great location right on the strand. Even though it was February we still had some beach time. Parking is the only bummer since you have to park on the street and pay for day parking. But other than that it was lovely

I booked this place based on the property itself and its location. The unit had everything I needed and was in a great location on “The Strand” I highly recommended this place to anyone considering (or not) Nick was very responsive and communicated well. Property was as described.
