“Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!”

“They have a long waiver list that they don't tell you about prior with many hidden fees. You're expected to clean the room even if it was already dirty or fees apply. No staff was available when I arrived or checked out and they didn't tell us that we'd have to find a piece of paper attached to the building in the dark to be able to get into our room with a code. Very confusing, no hair dryer in the room, dirty in general, and no staff.”

“It’s so clean, smells fresh and wonderful (especially in the morning with the coffee shop) Dog friendly, great staff and overall one of our favorite places to stay.”
