“Everything was clean when we arrived. We had no issues during check-in. One of the smoke detectors started to chirp, after messaging the host we received a prompt response that someone would be out to take a look. All they needed was new batteries but the host went ahead and replaced them in all of the detectors to ensure we didn’t have any other issues during our stay. “We all came from around the country for a family member’s wedding. We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully! There was plenty of room for every one. We had fun in the garage where the ping pong table is. The house is close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. We were able to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning. It’s a pretty big one with lots of vendors, ”

“My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. ”

“Our stay was a girlfriends’ long weekend getaway. There are some good features at this property & there are also a few things that could be improved upon to make it an even better stay. The living room was comfortable, especially the big sectional sofa, which made it a great spot for everyone to gather. “We came to Knoxville to visit our Daughter for her sorority’s family weekend. There were 4 of us that stayed at this adorable home. It was very clean and well stocked. We used both bedrooms and still had room to set up an air mattress, that was provided, in the front living room. The outside fire pit is where my adults sons hung out with friends. We thought it might be too far off the beaten path but once we arrived, it was perfectly centered between my daughter at UTK and the shopping areas and...
