“Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance.”

“The house was great to accommodate three couples with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The layout of this luxury home is functional and perfect for our family retreat with our adult kids and spouses. The location was convenient to downtown Knoxville, shopping and dining. The host was very responsive and check-in was easy. I would highly recommend.”
