“Whilst check in was professional and friendly -.the room was very shabby andin neecof repair. The chair had a big rip, the carpet in the room had burn holes, 2 lights didnt work and the rubbish bin lid fell off everytine it was ooened as it was broken. The TV did not work and the owner spent about 10 minutes in our unit resetting it. Could fell the springs in the bed. Really disappointing. Room 16 was substandard.”

The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. “Very clean room and common area. Cheap laundry, $3 for washing or dryer. Convenient location, bus to central nearby. Near supermarket. Shared bathroom only share with another guest.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a nice shower in the bathroom. However, the parking area was tight and difficult to back out when filled. I would recommend to the owners to put more hooks in the rooms for coats, towels etc. Also, have more than one small rubbish bin. ”
