“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising.
