“Quaint, quiet, well-appointed space. Nice gardens. Close to downtown and beaches and beautiful bike rides and hikes not far.”

“Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry a big plus. Clean unit. We had a pleasant stay.”

“The property was clean, and the location was excellent. Communication with the host was outstanding—she responded to our questions very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a great house for a family or a group of adults. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and easy access to bathrooms. We loved it for our family because there was a room that had four twin beds and a pullout couch for the kids.It was clean and ready for us. So many fun toys, ping pong, basketball game, and places to spread out. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the sitting room adjacent to it and the dining room. We ate outside a lot and really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot...

“This rental had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Walkable to Summerland restaurants and the beach.”

“Property is big enough to accommodate large families. It is in a central location and easy to get to. House does not have air conditioning and there were many other minor details noted but we were mostly away so it wasn't a big deal.”

“We absolutely loved it. ”

“We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!”

“This place was so cute! Loved the character of the place, loved having a full kitchen to cook meals, and loved that the place was dog friendly- with the private patio. I didn't feel that safe walking along that highway, so in...

“We were there to attend a wedding at the Hartley Botanica. Chose this place because it was so close to the venue. This was a great stay. It was much nicer than the photos. Our family enjoyed the extra space compared to staying at a hotel. Space was clean, well furnished. Amanda was amazing, made efforts to accommodate us. We even got a tour of their goats and dogs. This space made our overall weekend even more memorable.”

“The location of this property was awesome! Walking distance to the beach, private backyard and cozy living room were all great. Loved that it’s pet friendly too. We had a wonderful stay at the beach. Thank you Wendy & Alan for hosting.”
