“There was no internet, the roof had leaks, and the house was old with a musty smell. The pool was dirty, the jacuzzi had no heat, and there were no lights in the other living room. The internet was off, and there were CCTV cameras inside the house, including in the bedroom. There was also no TV, unlike what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the 1,300 stay.”

“Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin.”

“We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. “We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and homey. The hot showers and bidets in both bathrooms were great. The host was easy to deal with and accommodating. We recommend it.”

“This property is a scam and should be removed. I booked it and got debited right away. When we got to the unit I called the host so many times and never responded. We had to find another place to rest and spend more money. This listing should be removed and we should get our money back.”
