“My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. “This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.”

“My stay at this Nautilus condo was perfection! Comfortable beds, spacious enough for the entire family of 5, and the view is top tier. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning while viewing the beach and water. Communication was fantastic and their maintenance was able to quickly assist with a couple questions upon check-in. My family would not hesitate to stay here again.”

They recently remodeled the unit and left the unused trim laying out behind the couch, it stuck out far enough that it is in clear site. The shower curtains were both dirty. “As soon as we arrived at the place, we noticed how clean it is. It’s easy to find and have a parking available in front of the building. We felt safe in the area. The entire we stay its quiet.
