AWESOME!
The apartment was not only beautiful but very functional. A warm modern in a beautiful historic building. The host was very clear about check-in and check-out procedures. We did have a few questions and she replied very quickly! Modern heating system, appliances, fantastic bathrooms. Great beds. Plenty if towels! Well appointed kitchen. Great neighborhood. We are saving this info. We were here to attend a convention and will stay here again if we meet in OKC! Our only regret is that we had to leave!!!

Perfect location
We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! We were able to walk to lots of wonderful restaurants, which was a nice bonus! The home was spacious and well stocked. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Thanksgiving

My best VRBO experience ever! The apartment is beautifully appointed and equipped, every comfort provided for. The street isn’t busy, but you’re close to restaurants and attractions. It was very quiet, no noise from neighbors or street. The only problem is you’ll want to move in permanently!

Even better than we expected!!!!
The property was wonderful. The beautiful, historic hotel where our apartment was located was breathtaking. It was an amazing place that exceeded our expectations. The apartment was so nice and quiet. I loved the wood floors and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice, and there was lots of room to move around. My only complaint is on myself for not staying longer. It felt like home!

Great condo in a fantastic location!
The condo is located in a beautiful historic building in a super fun and awesome area of the city. The condo was very clean, the beds were fantastic and comfortable and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The only thing I wish the kitchen had was a traditional coffee maker and not only a Keurig. The directions to get the keys and which door to go in were a little confusing but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again!!

As Described. Very Well Appointed.
This is a very nice rental in a great location. The amenities were plentiful and well thought out. This is the type of owner you want to rent from again and again. If we return to OKC, I’ll try to book this spot for sure. Great job.

We absolutely loved the location. The place was so quite. We needed that for late and tired days at the softball tournament. Had a little issue with parking coming in late but it was addressed after the car who took up two spots. We however love the security of overall place

Graduation weekend
What a perfect place to stay as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from the University of Oklahoma. Not too far from Norman, and near lots of great restaurant options. Highly recommend! We will try to book again if we come back to OKC.

Unique Stay in Great Location
We loved our stay at your apartment. The apartment amenities were very nice, and we had all that we needed for our family weekend getaway. The location was central to many unique restaurants, coffee and shopping which we enjoyed. We look forward to staying here again as we enjoy OKC while our daughter is at OU.

Awesome Location!
We were in town for an event at Paycom Center. We loved the walking location to Midtown hot spots and also how easy it was to grab the light rail to Paycom. Very comfortable accommodations - the four of us enjoyed our trip very much!

Excellence Accommodation!
Loved staying at this former hotel. Lots of unique touches including mosaic tile and wood floors. Most comfortable beds ever! We did have a bit of trouble at first checking in but staff on site- Tracy- helped us immediately and took good care of us. Thanks to Michale and everyone else (including Stanley the cat) who made our trip so comfortable and warm. Will book again.

Perfect spot in Midtown!
We were a little nervous about the check-in process but it was a breeze! The unit is absolutely perfect, beautiful decor, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were super comfy and bedding was perfect! The location was excellent, very quiet with great restaurants within walking distance; additional parking on the street was a big help since we had 2 cars. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Great location and very clean, well furnished apartment!
When we arrived, the only confusion was finding the correct parking lot. As soon as we realized it was across the street south of the building, everything was smooth sailing! The apartment was very homey and comfortable!

Great Location and Clean House
This was a great rental for a weekend in OKC! The price was perfect, the space was clean, and the location was good! If you are needing a spot for cards, be sure to bring your own card table. There wasn't a good game table, but other than that it was good. Some of the check in and out process was a little confusing, and when touching base with the owners I never got a reply. Other than that, it was good! We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was sparkling clean, and in a very convenient location. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the streetcar, and we found OKC easy to navigate, with lots to do. The beds in this home were super-comfy!

AMAZING location
We will be back! The parking lot was so convenient. The apartment was roomy and beautiful. The bedrooms were large. Walking distance to some awesome food and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Great place!
Me and a colleague stayed in this spot for 2 days for a work trip. It was great! Very close to Midtown shops, very comfortable and very clean. We loved the TV and couch as we watch some hockey!

Close to everything!
Really short Uber ride or a nice 10-15 minute walk to lots of great dining in the area. Clean and quiet building. Well stocked unit with full kitchen and bath supplies and plenty of extra blankets and towels. Washer and Dryer in the unit is a great advantage over hotel stays, and they even left detergent. Easy no-contact check in and check out. No screens on the pull up windows throughout the unit! (This might be why children are not allowed, as the unit is 4th floor) Nicely furnished, cozy and clean. Awesome historical touches like the hexagonal bathroom tiles. Cute spot for a great rate!

The property was great!!! Property was Well maintained, clean and very spacious. The directions for parking/getting keys were lengthy, but made sense once you arrived and were in process of retrieving said keys. Maybe provide some sugar packets for the coffee and ice for some ice water?? Other than those minor things, we fell in love with the building and the apartment and would love to rent again the next time we visit our son!

Clean, centrally located and well appointed.
Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and as advertised. In addition there were several "nice touches" such as (4) waters, (2) sodas, individual butters / jelly, K cups, etc. in the unit. The check in process was a little confusing but we were able to figure it out with the instructions. The unit was in a central location so we could get to everywhere we wanted to go in 5-10 minutes. E.g., Bricktown, Deep Deuce, Paseo. Also appreciated the secure parking although the area seemed safe. Thanks.

Midtown flat
We enjoyed our stay in Midtown. I tried texting the owner about a large fan blowing in the Master bedroom upon arrival and could not get a response. I used the number on the information sheet on the kitchen counter. The next day a housekeeper knocked on the door wanting to pick up the fan. I hope she would not have come in if we did not answer the door. Upon checking out, the walking gate in the parking lot was locked and would not operate via fob. We were able to enter and exit the lot via car gate. One small issue: both bathrooms faucets have a small stream of water flow. Other than these minor issues we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was wonderful. The manager Michale was very helpful, we had some mechanical issues with air conditioning and she got that fixed asap on a weekend and even unexpectedly refunded some of the cost due to the inconvenience. She supplied us with fans until the AC was fixed. Everything was clean, beautiful, plush, and comfortable. There were suppose to be 2 bar stools to sit in at the bar and there was only 1, That may have been a problem if we had been spending more time eating there than we did. Otherwise wonderful!

Sunny Midtown Condo
This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was a girl's getaway so two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. The beds were super comfortable! It was well decorated and had everything we needed. Coffee, creamer and sugar for our mornings and there was water in the refrigerator. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and plenty of tp. The location allowed us to walk to just about everything we had on our list of things to do. Plenty of places close by to eat and drink! Highly recommend this place. It was easy to access with great parking.

OKC Midtown Gem!
The property was in the middle of midtown close to numerous restaurants, bars, and parks. Very convenient to Bricktown and Automobile Alley. The historic building was well done and the apartment was very nice. It was nice and quiet place to wind down the day! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

The directions on how to get into the condo are very wordy and therefore confusing. The property is VERY clean with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Apartment
We enjoyed our stay and I really do not want to write a negative review but we did not have very good luck communicating with the owner. Prior to our arrival I had tried 4 different times to contact the owner and none of my emails were answered. I finally had to do through VRBO to get her phone number. Then when we checked in the WIFI password did not work so I tried to text the owner but never did get a response. We never did get hooked yup to the WIFI. Other than that issue the place was perfect for our need.

Lovely property and excellent location
Delighted with this tastefully equipped property. Perfectly located just two blocks from the street car. The only negative is the front door being locked at 7pm. Requiring rear entry and walking two small flights of stairs to access the elevator to the 4th floor.

This was a great place. So much better than a regular hotel. Very comfortable. A block away from the new street car system. Which was very nice. No need to drive anywhere in midtown or downtown. The street car was great. Also great covered and secure parking for our car. This is my first VRBO rental. I hope they all work as well.

We are back again!

OU Med School Graduation
We rented this property in Oklahoma City because it was close to our daughter and son-in-law‘s apartment. We were in OKC for our son-in-laws OU Medical School Graduation. The apartment was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The place is very safe and secure with secured parking for our vehicle. We were provided pictures to get us into lock boxes, after hour doors, etc. which was a great help. The apartment was walking distance to all the places we normally go to in Midtown while visiting our family. We experienced a tornado warning siren while we were there and headed down to the hotel lobby where we were directed to a safe shelter. We survived the tornado! Loved staying here and would stay here again!

Fun getaway in OKC
We had wonderful time at this lovely apartment in Midtown OKC. It's both elegant and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen was well-appointed for our needs, and we truly appreciated the water bottles and brand new half and half stocked in the fridge for our use! The unit is immaculately clean as well as the apartment building itself. It's a very quiet building, which is nice. We had not been to OKC in a few years and were so pleasantly surprised by all of the dining venues within walking distance to the apartment. We were in town to see a concert at the Chesapeake Arena and we were able to take the OKC streetcars to the dinner venue near the arena, and then back to our apartment after the concert. It's a very active, and safe area with lots of young professionals enjoying the nightlife. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!! Thanks, Michale!
