We had such a great time here very roomy and and relaxing place. Walking distance to town and the shops. The beach was right across the street which was great. The owner was very pleasant and very easy to reach. We will definitely rent this house again next year

Fantastic location--cross the street, few steps, and you're at the beach! Apartment was very spacious and the TWO couches had two recliners each! Very comfortable, best of any property I've stayed in. Short walk to the Pier, restaurants, shops, etc. The railway is quite active right behind the property. We knew this and didn't mind but others might. Keyless entry is excellent. Only thing we had some trouble with was the TV remotes. Instructions would be helpful.

Great spot in OOB
Clean, spacious, and ideal for big groups and families. Right across the street from the beach, big bedrooms, washer/dryer avail. We had the middle unit in a total of 3. The parking lot is paved with 2 spaces per unit that is shared w the building next door. Had to contact the host direct for the key code but after that, no hiccups at all. Would 100% Stay again

The place was nice, close to beach, and an easy walk into town. Kitchen had pans, dishes, silverware, but only one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for a week’s stay. Old coffee maker. I tried to contact management a few times by email, no one ever answered, until the day I arrived. Would have been helpful to know more about the place had they answered. So, make sure you shop or bring everything soap, shampoo, trash bags, salt, pepper too. Still had a great stay but more info would have helped in my packing what was needed.

Great location
Great location, but needs some attention. No ac in front bedroom and main area. Can get hot. Can be noisy. Hard to get response for code to get in. Communication was not great. Train is loud! Across from beach and easy walking to town.

Home away from home
Such a pleasure staying here, for a family of 5 we have an abundance of space, and had everything we needed at the property. Walking distance to town and shops, across the street from the beach. Lots of windows for sunlight. Owner is very pleasant and easy to reach with any questions or needs. We will definitely be back next year!

Service & Supplies
No light on back porch or two on the lamps. Never delivered the 2nd request for bulbs. No kitchen towels...took 2 days before we got the towels. Grill was not useable. Overall the space was very nice & the beds were good.

Nice, convenient and comfortable.
The apartment is roomy and bright...don’t let the train tracks stop you from choosing this property....they are infrequent and with the air conditioner running...we barely heard them at night. The ocean is right across the street!
