Best to avoid this hotel if possible
From the outside, this place looks good, and it actually had service with a smile. However, once inside the room, it's clear that nothing has been updated in 20 years. Old clunky a/c's, broken power points, balcony door that didn't lock, leaking toilet, old bed, TV plug wouldn't actually stay plugged into the wall......overall, the room was well below any acceptable standard.

The location of the hotel being at the Waterfront makes it likable. However, the facility is so dilapidated that no amount of cleaning will ever make it great. The toilet does not flush. The shower head is clogged with calcium buildup. And the shower door is gapped allowing water to puddle around the toilet. Lighting in the room is very minimal and had to go under each light just to see my cellphone. The air conditioner filter is so dirty it emits a continuous musty smell. Bottom line, I was totally and absolutely disappointed with this facility. NEVER AGAIN!

Filthy. The room was absolutely terrible. It's full of insects, mosquitos, small and large cockroaches. The floor is filthy and with a simple wipe, you can see all of the nasty filth. The water in the sink only has hot water, and the shower handle is very difficult to use to actually get hot water, so the showers are cold.

Room is not that clean smudges of paint on the floor and bed sheets are not clean, there are holes on bed covers. AC or air-conditioning unit does not provide enough cold

Subic is ok, but this hotel is not
Vi hadde et fint opphold i Subic, men det var ikke på grunn av dette hotellet. Dette hotellet trenger en oppussing. Vi var veldig skuffet over hvor utslitt rommene ser ut. Frokosten var også dårlig. Anbefales ikke. Vi måtte også betale ekstra for alt mulig, selv om det ikke kom frem på booking. Bildene av rommene lyger.

Simple friendly hotel
Simple no frills hotel in the heart of subic. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are adequate for a short start. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy parking.

In room 214 the a/c wasnt working and the matresses wasnt comfy,so we got transfered into room 215,the matresses were not so bad,but the ref wooden cabinet door was broken.and ni hot water in shower.the floor design should in room should change.and at least put wall frames in each room and bidet in bathroom.

Overall, a good place to stay. But management can do improvement in the physical condition of the bathroom (i.e; more table space for toiletries, sink condition, shower condition, toilet batch cover and a foot towel). Wifi was slow and inconsistent. Wifi speedtest results was not consistent. Most of the time it was slow or non existent.

Just enjoy and have fun!
Had a great 3 nights stay, it's just that me and my family had been bitten by bedbugs or bedmites maybe but can be controlled by citronella lotion which luckily i always have in my purse. Toiletries, coffee and bottled water should be replenished daily whether used or not since everything is paid not only when you hide them and ask the staff to fill it up, those things should be sop. Old towels should be marked and can be used as rags if not for disposal yet and provide new towels different from the rags or better yet, provide rags and dispose old towels which were obviously used as rags and body towles as one for a long time. And the best would be, bring your own towels for proper hygiene. The foods were good (filipino/korean) but the flies can be disturbing while you are enjoying the meals, so better bring fan with you. 😂 The restaurant floor is also slippery so be very careful when you get inside to avoid accident. The pool is relaxing after a tiring day just make sure you still take a bath in your own room to avoid unnecessary skin condition since I do not know how regular or irregular they clean the water. Do not expect too much from this hotel since it is one of the cheapest but customers of course always deserve to be treated fairly on what they have paid for. But so far, so good!

Ac broke 2 times in a 4 day stay.water broke.Water pressure very low. Hot almost non existent.No WiFi in rooms,Sliw WiFi in lobby.deimming pool over run with screaming children.All in all a very unpleasant experience.

Untapped Potential
I noticed right away that the hotel was dated yet clean based from the lobby and this was confirmed by the room. The bed was comfortable enough but I was disappointed by 1) the lack of a proper desk. 2) the presence of a too large cabinet besides the small desk in the room. 3) the lack of a bidet in the bathroom 4) insufficient flow of hot water from the shower head. It’s a shame really. The location is superb, as the hotel is walking distance from various restaurants and bars and there is sufficient parking for the guests. Nevertheless, I hope the hotel can improve the level of polish of their facilities and operations.
