“The pet room I stayed in was not clean, it was stinky and the sheets caused me to rash”

“The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. “Helpful staff and friendly ! An extra charge was added to my credit card I was unaware of to have 3 people in a room. My rooms smoke alarm went off at 2 AM The night staff person was very apologetic and took the alarm!”
