“I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!”

“Quick and easy check-in. The house is walking distance to the lake and we got to see the prettiest sunsets. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and a comfortable living room. Charming with creaky floors and steps. Definitely eat at The Farmhouse and the Sylvan Beach Bakery while staying here. ”

“House was beautiful right on the water. Hot tub was great considering it got too cold to go into the water. It was great to have all amenities. Kitchen was great all different appliances and everything we needed to cook and clean up so didn’t have to purchase in the store. It was great to have the outdoor furniture to view the lake while having a glass of wine. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a home by the lake!”

“A gorgeous property set in a lovely, quiet, tree dominant neighborhood. The houses were impressive estates, immaculately kept. So nice to walk/jog around the development—a very private oasis. The home itself is beautiful: perfectly appointed with space for everyone. The only issue we had was with the central air unit, but the owners promptly sent technicians to remedy the issue. The 10 of us (plus dogs) had a perfect vacation! We found great trails nearby (definitely walk the Green Lakes...
