We walked out didnt spend the night we decided to drive another 2 hrs to sault st marie. We werent given a refund. Staff were friendly but this place should not be able to operate.”

“We recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay, but there were several issues. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The only complaint about the room setup was that the TV was definitely too small for the size of the space. We brought our own toiletries, so it didn’t affect us much, but the hotel only provided shampoo and facial soap — no hand soap, body soap, or conditioner. The outside conditions were a major concern.
