“All met expectations”

“Excende lugar para quedarse, limpió, cercano al Gaylord Opryland con desayuno muy completo incluido. Buenísimo.”

“Lack of maintenance in this hotel. Gym and rooms need a better maintenance. Beds and pillows below expectations. Breakfast was too simple. Location is very good for shopping and close to downtown.”

“Good experience. Thanks ”

“Todo estuvo bien. El desayuno incluido muy bueno. ”

“El hotel está bien pero tenía un olor raro como a humedad ”

“.”

“It was a clean comfortable room if you don't mind a little bit retro looking. Placed close by to Opryland it was perfect for our stay”

“The room was clean but water smelled like chlorine and was able to move. But the water was still tasting like chlorine. I did enjoyed the staff Jerome. He was very kind. I enjoyed the room.”

“Habitaciones amplias, limpias con amenities”

“Good”

“I was not told that remodeling was being done before booking. We were missing towels, nightstands, pillows not to mention there was still plastic wrap on tables, the microwave wasn’t plugged in, and when we asked for more towels and pillows, we had to do so several times before finally getting them. We were told nightstands would be brought to us, but they never were.”

“I remembered that I stayed there before and it was disgusting, and they wouldn't cancel and refund me the day before when I realized it was the same place.”

“Excelente hotel”
