“Very nice and cozy place. Great location, great community, close to mall and Opryland. Owner was quick to respond to any issues. Highly recommend! I would stay here again without a doubt!”

“We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. Perfect location. It is 19 blocks from Broadway. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it and far enough to forget about it when it’s time to relax. Very close to many amenities. Very clean cottage and a friendly host. We consider this our Nashville home.”

“Cute and Cozy describes it perfectly!!We had a great stay in Nashville”

“Unique property with great location, walk to five points several times, straight shot into downtown Nashville. Yard for the dog. Interesting neighborhood. Property was clean and very, very comfortable. No issues at all.”

“Great property. Close to broadway but not too close. We have stayed in this building before. Tucked away from the activity and a short UBER ride to get there. Love the speakeasy and the sounds of trains at night. The condo itself was ideal. Clean and comfortable with great decor. Will definitely stay here again”

“This is a cute and quiet place to stay. It’s small but also was all we needed for our stay in Nashville. We used Lyft to travel to Broadway and to the Ryman. Lyft always picked us up on Lea Avenue. We used the taxi services on the way back which costs 20. The bed was comfortable. Communication with Jessica and Tyler was amazing! All the information we received was on point! Easy check in and check out. Parking was excellent!! Thank you for hosting our stay!”

“We had a great time. Location was convenient and we had a ton of room. Each couple had their own bedroom with a full bathroom and closet. The upper deck at was especially beautiful at night. The Management company was very responsive and accommodating!”

“Was so easy to walk to eating places and entertainment and Nissan Stadium!”

“Clean and accommodating. The pool is small. Speakeasy in the basement was nice but drinks are expensive. Parking was good and easy for lyfts to pick you up and drop off.”
