Esta unidad de 4 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños frente al Golfo es de aproximadamente 2,500 pies cuadrados con un enorme balcón envolvente con acceso desde la sala de estar y vistas al este. La Master Suite cuenta con una cama King, Smart TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande de azulejos con doble cabezal de ducha y tocador doble. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas Full con baño privado y duchas dobles y el tercer dormitorio ofrece un rey y un baño privado. El cuarto dormitorio también tiene 2 camas Full. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD.

Great Vacation

Overall, a great stay. Had an issue with the washing machine that took a little longer than we would've liked to resolve, and the elevators sometimes had a long wait during peak times. We enjoyed our vacation and would return to the same condo.

Beautiful condo!

We had an amazing stay at the Oasis. We loved the spacious balcony with an incredible view of the ocean and coastline, along with beautiful ocean views from every bedroom. Nice big common area with lots of seating. Kids loved the pool, slide, and splash pad and adults enjoyed the pickleball courts. The ice maker in the dining room was a huge plus, along with bathrooms in every room. Great communication throughout our stay. Would recommend Lulu’s, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Cobalt restaurants.

Very nice room on beach

Had plenty of room for all our extended family. Amenities were great, kitchen worked well. Worst part is the crowded elevators at arrival and departure times but that is true for all the units in the building. Would stay there again

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful and spacious condo. Only issue was the 4 bedrooms were significantly hotter than the common areas. Living room would be set at 69 degrees and the bedrooms would still be 75+ degrees. It made sleeping and getting ready for dinner very sweaty.

Nice condo!

The condo was very nice! Plenty of space for all our family! We wish there were more kitchen items to use with a big family. The only negative we have is the elevator. Especially the day when 2 out of the 6 elevators were not working.

The condo was beautiful. Nice rooms. Cons: very few towels for the family. No extra blankets. The elevators were terrible! You waited sometimes up to 20 minutes or longer to get on one. For this reason, I didn’t like staying there for all the money we paid to be there

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious with amazing balcony views. Pheonix West II is the perfect place to stay with kids. The pool, slide, lazy river, and splash pad were a huge hit with the grandkids.

The unit is decorated very nice... location is wonderful. The property management is not so good. They did not respond right away for a couple issues we had. One of the double bedrooms needs new mattresses!! They were so saggy my daughter and her husband had back aches all week. Then the refrigerator broke down...by the time they replaced it we had to throw a bunch of food away. They did not offer to reimburse us for the food or for a days stay. We had to check in after 3... no management came to inspect before we arrived as mentioned.... as we were waiting outside door and saw no one go in to inspect. It was cleaned just ok... I love the Phoenix West properties ... but will never rent from this property management again!

Top Notch Experience

The condo was perfect for our family - 2 grandparents, 3 kids with spouses and four adorable granddaughters! It was just the right size - never felt crowded. The view is breath taking! The beach was gorgeous. Easy check-in. The only negative in any high rise condo is the shared elevators and long wait times, but especially difficult during this COVID time.

While overall we enjoyed our stay, there were some things you might consider to improve your condo. 1. most of the toilets seemed very "beat up" with chips in them and loose 2. remote batteries low; we had to put in our own; one remote missing a battery cover 3. one DVD player did not work 4. ice maker had black specks of mold on inside of ice door and on ice ; we had to wipe it out; also shut down a few times; not sure why 5. most beds extremely firm; memory toppers could help 6. kitchen missing starter coffee filters and full set of measuring cups and a rubber scrapper; we bought one and left it there 7. screen door in master ripped at bottom 8. chain on fanlight in 3rd room from left too short; couldn't use fan

Ladies Golf Tournament

We had eight ladies staying in the condo and it was perfect. The unit is very spacious and we never even tripped over each other. The kitchen was a perfect size. Loved the outdoor deck with the breeze. Beds were very comfortable. Being ladies, we did find some items that needed attention but did not effect our stay. Just things that need to be looked at. I wold recommend this place to anyone with a large group. Loved also having covered parking garage and a gated enterance with a gurad.

Overall we had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay. I was a bit disappointed that we arrived after 3pm to check in and were able to, however, were unable to access our room for another 45 minutes because it was awaiting inspection. The staff member at Liquid Life was not completely rude, but she was also not the friendliest when I called asking why we could not get in. When I took a bath the same night (the first to use the bath tub the entire weekend and noone had gone to the beach) I found sand in the bottom of the tub and a water bottle cap floating in the water, so it was a little irritating that I had to wait to get into my room for it to be “inspected”, yet it was stilk dirty. Besides these issues, the time spent here was great and there were no other issues with the property.
