The property was perfect for our group of six. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beach service was top notch and the cantina/bar was wonderful also. You do not have to leave the property unless you want to. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and plenty of room for all of us! The beach was beautiful, we were able to see dolphins playing in the ocean from our balcony. My only complaints would be I wish the outdoor pools were heated this time of year, the property is beautiful but the outdoor pools were useless because they were so cold! My husband and I shared one of the queens rooms with our daughter and our mattress was extremely uncomfortable! We really liked the ice maker in our unit, and the washer and dryer worked great for us! Over, it was a great trip!

We really enjoyed our quick stay here. The access to the beach was very convenient. The ocean is very close by, so we could always hear the waves crashing! The balcony was our favorite place! The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable. The kitchen lacked a few basics….there were very limited cooking pots and pans. Several cooking utensils were broken and of poor quality. There were plenty of dishes and serving items, but it was difficult to actually cook the meal with such limited cooking items.

I personally loved this condo. The beds were comfy, lots of space, the balcony had plenty of space as well. It has a lazy River which has a slide attached, indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs to choose from. The location was great too and close to several souvenir shops, stores and restaurants!

Very spacious, had almost everything for kitchen essentials. Just had to find oven mitts at Walmart. Was nice to have a washer/dryer as we stayed a month. Beautiful view from balcony. The place is for sale though and although we allowed the realtor to show it a couple times, it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Beautiful place and very nice people. There is not enough elevators for the amount of people that stay there. 32 floors and 6 elevators with 1-2 torn up at all times.

Condo was nice. Pool was nice ! Waiting 30 plus minutes in line for an elevator several times a week was not fun. We ended up walking down 22 flights of stairs a few times after waiting over 30 minutes for elevator. Also our refrigerator never seemed to get very cool. Other than that we had a great time and good views.

This condo has an excellent waterfront location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, and a short drive to grocery stores, etc. The furnishings were nice and clean, and the bed layout was perfect for our group. The elevators were usually empty and we never had to wait for them very long. The condo was furnished with the very basics as far as cookware and utensils, but we were able to manage. The barstools/bar area was perfect for us, as the kitchen table only seats 6, and one chair was broken. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose this condo again! Thank you!

We loved the place. The 22nd floor was pretty unbelievable. There were 7 of us and had plenty of room for a couple more people. Really liked how there were 4 bathrooms.

Overall, we had a decent rental experience. We didn't receive reply to two inquiries sent prior to booking, but once we were there and had issues (light bulbs burned out and toilet not working properly), the property manager responded promptly and had a maintenance man on hand to help. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and there were no squeaky doors. The kitchen faucet was running when we arrived, and the condo wasn't spotless, but it was decently clean. The living room furniture was stained, but very comfortable. Master bed very comfortable as well. So overall, a decent experience.

Overall we had a great stay. The property is super close to the beach (meaning the walkway from the pool to the beach is not long at all), the pool and lazy river area are very well kept and spacious (do the lazy river!), and the location is approximately 1 mile from all of the shops in Orange Beach (Walmart Neighborhood Market, Rouses, etc). The room was well designed and very nice. My only critiques are: 1. The beds in the room on the right as you walk in - you "sink"...this may be comfortable for some, not sure. 2. The kitchen table was very wobbly. While playing card games we were worried we'd break it! 3. The couch showed stains...it's a fabric couch, so not much to do there... 4. The unit was very sandy. This is the nature of the beast and almost impossible to solve, however we were able to sweep up quite a bit of sand upon arrival...it was as if the unit had not been swept. So, even with the critiques, we gave a high score. We'd stay again and encourage all to do so...Julie, the property manager, was very approachable and very friendly. I could sense she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. You won't go wrong with this unit!

The facility was outstanding and our condo was just perfect. The unit was beautiful and well furnished. The only constructive feedback with unit is the master bed would benefit from a mattress pillow top. The facility should regulate the no smoking in the pool area policy and remind guest that units are rented by families. I was very disappointed to see such obnoxious behavior by young adults in front of families, ie inappropriate language, drunken behavior, and very loud explicit music being played in the lazy river. No oversight was observed during our stay.

Condo was beautiful, parking is a nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Not crazy about wearing a wristband 24/7. Slide didn't work until last day. Overall it was a very nice vacation.

The condo was dirty on arrival. The master bedroom sheets where visibly stained and dirty as well as the mattress cover under sheets with what appeared to be urine stains. The kitchen sink had shrimp skins and other food materials in it. We stayed up till midnight after a 6hour drive washing bedding. Terrible experience.
