  • This unit is hosted by Coastal Properties in Orange Beach, Al and is available for the month of January 2025. Nestled on the 5th floor, Sunswept 504 offers a warm and inviting space perfect for a beachside retreat in the heart of Orange Beach. Step into a bright living area with tile flooring, a cozy recliner, and a sleeper sofa. You are sure to enjoy the newly installed master bath walk-in shower. The true highlight is the private gulf-front balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and emerald-green waters—ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening sunsets.

    The open kitchen is ready for family meals, featuring a full-size refrigerator, cookware, and ample countertop space—perfect for preparing breakfast or enjoying a laid-back dinner at home.

    The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and thoughtful décor to help you unwind after a day in the sun. The newly remodeled walk-in shower in the full bathroom adds a fresh, spa-like touch, and the additional half bath in the hallway provides extra convenience.

    Located directly on the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach, Sunswept 504 puts you close to it all. The just right place to restore

Great little place on the beach. Bed is super comfortable, all the amenities you need and place has quiet time that starts at 10pm which no one seemed to mind adhering to - SO quiet :o) Grocery and other stores right across the street.

Perfect week getaway with my fiancé

My fiancé and I just wanted a short 6 day, intimate beach getaway and our stay was perfect for our needs. Seems like a great place for just a couple but also for families as we saw many enjoying the condos as well.

Back after 19 years

Last time we were in Orange Beach was 19 years ago and we stayed at Sunswept. It brought back a lot of good memories for our family :)

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach. I wish the pool was heated. It was too cold to use.

Quick getaway

We booked this condo a few days prior to arrival since our usual condo choices were already full when we decided to take this trip. It is an older unit/complex; however, staff were on hand daily keeping the property clean. The condo itself was very clean as well. Be aware that this is not one of the newer, state-of-the-art complexes, but it is well taken care of and is a very short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay... but let me offer just a couple of points.The unit was clean. The pots and pans were not. We did what we could to clean them.2ndly there needs to be some kind of instruction for operating the television. As it rained for most of our stay, we could not simply turn on the TV and watch something unless it was on the few channels that google tv offered.3rdly the seating was not comfortable.

We found the sliding door handles fell off, they had a stick behind the sliding door as a security s

They don’t give enough characters tell you about the broken lock that fell off, the spiders, the sink and drains that don’t work. Mildew on the sleeper sofa, the heater stunk up the whole hotel room. There are better rooms. At local hotels, my friends found them after we checked into this maintenance missing used to be nice rooms. Not hard to do better by calling the front desk number of almost any hotels around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay. Smell from the Disposal system or the incoming air. Put lemon down the disposal and it seemed to help. Hardly any storage in the kitchen. Small extra bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but room really small. The remote in the bedroom did not work and unplugged TV so it would shut off. When leaving found out the door would not lock. This was distrubing.
