House was great! Clean. Kitchen well stockedCouple of suggestions 1. Bedrooms need extra blankets. There were blankets in the closet but they were in sealed packages that we didn’t feel comfortable opening2. Put some throw blankets out for couches and chairs. Easier and less expensive to grab a throw for the couch rather than adjusting heat!

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Also very close to grocery store and Disneyland. My family loved the pool table and pong table. The beds were very comfortable. The peoperty was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated that it came with shampoo, body wash and soap. We were able to do laundry and use the laundry soap which was awesome. The pool was warm on a cold day which made it fun swimming. We loved having two living rooms that had televisions. We also appreciated the decorated Christmas tree. We love that every room had a mirror because the three rooms had to share one bathroom so it made it convenient getting ready in the mornings. We had one maintenance issue and today came and fixed it within an hour. Very responsive. I loved having a bedroom on the main floor for my elderly parents. It made it nice that they didn't have to walk upstairs plus the bathroom was close to their room. We also love the dining room and was able to fit our whole family around the table to eat. We also appreciated the games that were included. It made for a fun family week. We would definitely stay here again. The alarms to the doors were nice and would make it great if you had small children who would want to sneak out to the pool.

This house was perfect for our stay. We were out of town visiting family and had enough room for them to stay with us so we could enjoy the pool together. Plenty of room for dining and fun to eat on the patio. Communication was great. There were some ants around the window/sink, but it seemed like they were aware because there were ant traps along other windows. Some warping of floorboards that could be bothersome if you weren’t careful when walking. Cupboards don’t shut the whole way and could be fixed easily. Overall the stay fit our needs and would recommend it.

Baby Shower in Irvine

Great place for a party of 8/10 people. Very clean and spacious. The backyard needed some work when you have a home with a pool the backyard is important part of your stay. Plants overgrown (gardener came on Saturday)Patio furniture falling apart, Spiders and spider web on furniture. Downstairs bonus room the wood floor is badly damaged and is separating and lifting up from the floor and is an accident waiting to happen. When contacting the property manager, they came back to us and told us the owner of the property knows the floor is bad. how can you rent the property in that condition. Then on Saturday night went to barbeque and NO Propane. Like I said the outside of the house is just important as the inside.

The downstairs floor is buckling and is easy to trip on. The pans in the kitchen are old not great for cooking. The neighbors were noisy after the 10pm curfew.

This home was a perfect choice for our family!

This house was exactly the right number of rooms and beds for our family. We arrived in the middle of a strong rain storm--and we were extremely tired and excited. The property manager was very communicative with us prior to our trip and everything in the house was exactly what we expected. We found a delightful Japanese restaurant close by on Yelp and that was helpful. We were in Disneyland pretty much the entire time, and the house's location was a pretty easy freeway ride away. We never got to use all the extra amenities, but everything looked in great shape and very clean. We also loved that every bed was king size. I would recommend staying at this home again.

Disney and Thanksgiving Done Right!

Plenty of room for the whole fam and our married kids! We had a great stay at this home for our Thanksgiving weekend and Disney. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and two ovens were nice. Clean and well maintained. Two living areas were nice and the game room in garage was perfect. A wide variety of strollers to choose from if you have any little also. The only suggestion would be to tighten some of the legs on the dining room table that were wobbly and loose but that’s an easy fix. Also no one ever got back to us when we requested a late check out. Would have been nice to know either way for planning. Overall great stay, thank you!

Overall the house was nice. The kitchen cabinets actually had a missing front and a lot of them didn’t close properly and hinges were all loose. We noticed a few rats running along the back stone wall.

Perfect for our family

Very clean, nice open spaces for our group of 11 to feel at home. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was clean and fun for our family. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of pool towels for our family. Perfect location in nice safe neighborhood and 20 mins from Disney.

Clean and spacious

Owner was responsive to all my communications. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The grandkids loved the pool table and the backyard pool. The temperature downstairs was fine, but upstairs was very warm. We kept the blinds closed upstairs and it was still hot. All bathrooms were missing towel rack/hooks The kitchen had everything we needed.

Disney Trip

Overall, great location and home size. Plenty of room for our group of 11 people (8 adults and 3 kids under 3). Pool was nice for cooling off and playing with the kids. Pool does have a shallow and a deep end. House is a little worn in some areas (missing cabinet door in kitchen, warped flooring on ground sitting room/bedroom and A/C seemed to struggle to keep 2nd floor cool). Great communication and quick responses. For example, we noticed an issue with the sink and the manager had it taken care of that day. We enjoyed our stay and it was a good home base for a few days at Disney and a few days at the nearby beaches.
