“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

“Property was nice and quiet and a good size for a small family. Air mattress didn't work though and the couch is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a nice stay for just a couple of nights.”

“Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars...

“Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced”

“The house was clean and it was a very pleasant experience ”

“It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.”

“Wonderfully appointed house. Very clean and lovely, welcoming decor. Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to feed everyone at the 10 person dining table. Drip coffee, Keurig, or electric tea kettle available, plus a rice cooker and a blender. Outdoor gas grill was easy to use. Comfortable beds with soft bedding, lots of pillow choices, and warm, cozy blankets. Wall A/C units made it easy to customize temperatures in different rooms for different needs. So many extras available...

The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...

“The property was very well appointed, beautifully remodeled, and met all of our needs. Scott reached out regularly and provided excellent instructions for check-in, parking, etc. If we have the opportunity to return to Long Beach, we would absolutely stay here again.”

“Perfect for 2 people. Might be a little tight for 4. There are 2 bedrooms though.”
