“We were visiting family friends so we didn’t spend much time there but I would definitely come back. We stayed in a cottage and it was comfortable for 3 of us (1 couple, 1single). It was great having a full kitchen but we only had time to use the fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The floor/ceiling fan needed a cleaning but that was nothing compared to all of the positives. Beautiful grounds and John that checked us in and out was very helpful and friendly. ”

“This a cozy tent next to a horse pasture. You have a stunning view of the Wallowas in the morning and evening. It is clean and warm, with a hot shower. This is the perfect place to stay after some lovely long hikes. Close to town but yet secluded. I have stayed here before and I hope to do so again in the future. The hosts are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help.”

“This is a great concept, and the Evans Family Farm delivers "glamping" in every way. I've camped rugged, like a sheepherder, many times in my life, and this was indeed the lap of luxury. Yes, you'll be "roughing it" a bit, but Kathy, Grady and Grady (mom, dad and son) provide all the necessary amenities. Especially if you've got kids, give this a try. The photo below was my view straight out the zip-door of the tent every morning...”

“Our 4-day stay was outstanding. Hosts were available and helpful on checkin. We would definitely return to this beautiful retreat in Veneta OR. Easy commute back to all points in Eugene via either side of Fern Ridge Lake. Both units were sparkling clean and very well appointed. There were interesting, unique surface, wood & tile design surface details at every turn. We enjoyed the view and gas fire pit under awnings that sheltered us from refreshing rain. ”
