“We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those...

“Great location. Plenty of parking. Right on the Rock River. Very clean. Lots of outside seating on the decks. Lots of towels, though we couldn’t find them at first. They were in the dining room credenza. The house is pretty well stocked with supplies. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again.”

“The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Definitely on the ‘stay again’ list thank you, Todd PS: the teen boys loved the arcade room and the rest of us loved the showers - nice renovation touch, very European ”

“Wonderful place!Came to Rockford for my grand neices x2 1st BD party. House had all comforts, great massage chair too. Host, Michelle, had variety snacks on table wirh I arrived, nice personal note too. Coffee available which was greatly appreciated. Nice little touches like these means alot. Labor day weekend brought out all the boaters which was fun to watch while sitting in the Adirondack chairs.This will def be my Rockford home away from home.Thanks Michelle!”

“We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and arcade. Because they were in proximity, we spent a lot of time on that level. This is a split level house, so be prepared to do some stairs! Some things are a bit dated, but so user friendly and the owners were very responsive.”
