A solo unos pasos (2 propiedades) para acceder a la playa, esta casa de un nivel se encuentra en el tranquilo Mar del Norte y tiene 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, además de una ducha al aire libre con agua fría y caliente en la cubierta trasera para surfistas, niños y mascotas. La casa principal tiene 3 dormitorios y 1 baño completo, el apartamento privado de los suegros detrás del garaje tiene un dormitorio y otro baño. Entre por la puerta principal de la sala de estar con hermosos muebles nuevos de cuero, televisor de pantalla plana grande con cable básico, reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray, cocina completamente equipada con lavaplatos y área de comedor. En el pasillo encontrará dos dormitorios con 2 gemelos cada uno, el dormitorio king y un baño completo.  Cada habitación cuenta con TV de pantalla plana, excepto la habitación amarilla con dos camas individuales que cuenta con TV estándar y reproductor de DVD.   Fuera de la zona de comedor, pase por la puerta del garaje y encontrará la segunda adición de ducha privada. Detrás del garaje se encuentra el Apt. con una cama queen y 1/2 baño. El patio trasero está completamente cercado con una cubierta trasera recientemente agregada, muebles de exterior y sí, ducha caliente / fría aquí también.  Mesa de ping-pong en el garaje, WIFI GRATUITO.   Se admiten mascotas con depósito.  Estacionamiento para 3 autos solamente.

It was very peaceful and great. Do wish the backyard had grass instead of sand. I get it you’re by the ocean. It would be nice to have maps with attractions near by also those that don’t know what garbage can is recycle or trash. Great accommodation. I would stay there again.

Overall it was a good house for a weekend beach trip. House layout was odd as there was a room and bathroom in the garage. I would say for the price it was a good deal

Really everything we needed. Spacious, literally 3 houses from the beach, and what really put it over the top, a ping-pong table. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Thanks for everything.

Great location and pretty easy walk to the beach. All the beds were very comfy! Good communication was had and we had a quick response and solution the first night due to a missing BBQ. Within the hour a new charcoal bbq showed up. Now for the not so great parts…. Strange smell through the house and when we tried to open all the windows to air it out, there were many that did not open. All the blinds were pretty dirty, and there was mold in the windowsills.The outside shower was only a shower-head attached to a hose, which did have hot and cold, but was broken.There were a few coffee makers available however one was broken and the other two I would not use due to the dirtiness.There was plenty of utensils to use for food prep and serving, which was nice. Overall, it’s very dated.The bathroom in the main house had mold on the sliding shower doors, which I know is hard to keep clean, but as a rental, I would maybe put a little more effort in. We had plenty of sheets and towels.We found sand in two of the beds leading out to the deck on top and inside the sheets. The backyard is basically a big sandpit so if you’re expecting a nice grassy backyard, you’ll be disappointed. There were spiderwebs throughout, and the cleanliness was definitely lacking.Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but due to the following issues, we probably wouldn’t stay at this property. We were impressed with the communication that was had.

Very nice sized facility. The beds were wonderful - just the right firmness. The only problem was the quantity of sand present inside the facility when we got there. We even vacuumed at least every 2nd day to try to keep it under reasonable control but I guess that is just what happens with a sand pit back yard. An outside gas BBQ would have been convenient.

I have stayed in this house with a few other couples and we enjoyed it. Very comfortable. But they need to replace two of their dining chairs. they were broken when I got there and my fingers got pinched when scooting them close to the table.also, there were leftover food items in the cupboards that should have been thrown out.

There is a stale smell in the home and cob webs everywhere. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. For older people maybe change that’s its steps to the beach, it’s further than steps. We didn’t mind the walk for our stay. Thank you.

There were four adults and one teenage girl. Also, we had three dogs. The backyard was fully fenced, a bit, Sandy, but OK there were more than enough beds, could’ve slept eight and there were only five of us. The only thing the House didn’t have was a cupcake tin, but other than that we found everything. We will be back for sure, as it is close enough to the beach for us old ladies to make it down there and back quite comfortably. Aaron, the after hours and weekend manager was awesome. Thanks again we really love the place.

Nice location and plenty of space for the seven of us. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing a variety of meals. The heating didn't work in the main bedroom, but only our first of three nights was cold enough to need it.

To get to the ocean from this place we had to walk about 1/4 mile. The listing said just steps away from the ocean. My mom just turned 70 and was not able to walk the 'just steps away' to the ocean. Was very disappointed. That was the whole reason we chose this one. We thought she would be able to walk to or at least SEE the ocean from the rental.

It's a cute well appointed beach house for families with kids. We were a little concerned from reading previous reviews but rest assured there were no termites or ants in site despite this being the high season for ants in oregon. Every thing was clean, the little mother-in-law apartment on the back was great for the grandparents to sleep in when the kiddos woke up early to play games. Even had a shower stool for bathing and not many stairs. Perfect for mixed mobility large family get together. Thanks!

We love this place. It is the second time we have stayed here and would like stay here again. The middle bedroom has a light issue from a very bright security light from the next door neighbor. We tried to lower the blinds but they ar broke.
