“This property is a log paradise. Situated on the shore of Wallowa Lake in northeastern Oregon, it boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is, simply, stunning in its design and scale. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about every sort of pot and pan, and lots of spices and herbs (left by previous guests?). “The home was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. The only thing we were not impressed by was that we needed to take the garbage to the dump. It wouldn't have been bad except our keys wouldn't let us in through the gate so we had to drive all the way around to get back into the ranch. ”

“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”
