“We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place. Surroundings are just beautiful including a lovely historic Cabin that we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved walking up the trail and picking wild blackberries every day and even tried a little fly fishing on the river in the back of the yard where the river runs. Saw a few people catch and release. Also many dear came by in the evening, so that was a very nice treat to see. Richard was also very attentive and answered all our questions. We would highly...

“We wanted a modern condo with enough separate spaces to spread out and relax within walking distance to the best restaurants and Lithia Park and this place delivered. It was almost perfect - minor flaw was a slightly low shower pressure- but that is honestly the only thing that wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Loved having the 1. 5 bathrooms, the balcony sitting area, and comfortable sofa. It was immaculately clean and had good linens. When we come to Ashland again we will stay here”
