The property manager did not get back to me regarding paying for my hotel, ever and then charged the wrong bank account. This was after three weeks of zero communication back from them. Then they told me that their Internet had been down for three weeks and they would be responding to me. The communication remained nonexistent. I flew my family to Orlando, but I was not given the code to the door Until 10 minutes after check-in. Once there, we realize there were no comfort such as toilet paper, paper towels, we couldn’t even use the grill unless we paid extra. The AC didn’t work properly. I reached out to the property manager several times about different issues, but did not get responses. At the end of our stay, I had to ask for a check out directions and the property manager said they would be sent to me. We had to check out without any directions we never received them. I would not recommend staying at this facility. The space itself was great, but the stress of not knowing how to get in without a code and the lack of communication wasn’t worth it.
