I'll start by saying this property is very close to both Disney and Universal Studios, which is a plus. There is also garage access, and the back is fenced in. However, there were several less than satisfactory aspects of our stay. I'll start with the issue that devalues the stay the most. The listed amenities include "heated pool" and "spa tub" which cost extra per day to heat. We paid 200 extra dollars to have the spa and pool heated. Since the two are connected, we did not expect a 100 degree pool and spa, we knew that it would only be warm, but the pool and spa never even got lukewarm, despite the heat being turned on. By our fifth day there the water was still very cold. Besides that, the jets in the spa didn't work and the paint was peeling off of the sides of the pool and spa and was piling up in the corners and floating in the water. I had to use a net to clean some of it out so that we could swim. The worst part of all of this was that I voiced the issues to the property owner who told me to call the property manager myself. The property manager told me that the spa was not a spa and that it was a "kiddie pool" despite being advertised as a spa and having jets and a switch for the jets that didn't work. When I contacted the owner again I never heard back. The house was also infested with Springtails in the kitchen and bathroom which we realized after they infested our food. Also featured, Mediterranean House Geckos in every room and a full trashcan in the kitchen.
