“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

“The property is fine not luxury, the linens provided are not up to a luxury category!! There are not enough bed linens, table lamps with burned bulbs, the utensils provided are the cheapest not enough toilet paper, only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, 3 dishwashers soap, 3 little hand soaps...all that for a 9 people occupancy home for a week?? Back yard is open, only one back fence with sides open so not good for pets.Host and management co are very nice and helpful but that is not enough.”
