Overall, property was good but only allowing 2 parking spaces is limiting. No good off-site parking was available. Kitchen items were limited. No saucepans, no spatula, etc. HVAC did not work at beginning but was corrected. However, the unit was never completely comfortable when vents blew air. Light bulb in kitchen was never replaced. A beige cover in the living room area smelled like an unwashed dog. There was no additional covering in case there was cooler weather. Unit smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Overall, space was good for overall privacy for guest during sleep time.
