I was dealing with a Denise Farrow. I was unable to go on this trip due to illness and was not allowed to travel. Denise did not respond at first. It was only after I showed proof of illness that she said she had been sick too. She never wished me well . It was just a matter of fact conversation, no sympahty, nothing! All business, no emotion! She did not try to accomodate or do anything regarding situation.
I understand that I signed a contract and that there is no refund but the coldness and unwillingness to even refund the cleaning fee, did not sit well with me. I did not request it but was hoping that she would act in good faith. It was a lesson that was learned, and I will make sure next time I rent from a property that is fully refundable.
I have stayed at Bahama Bay before. The property is beautiful, and the staff is very nice. I will never stay though in a condo where money is more important than good behavior and human kindness.
I wish Denise well but will not be dealing with this condo again.
