We've vacationed on HHI during the Christmas/New Year break for at least 17 years. We love the Coligny area and have stayed in the Ocean One complex all but one year. We love its proximity to the beach and the shops in Coligny. This is our first year renting with Vacation Company. It was a very pleasant experience. We will use them again.The property was very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

The layout and furnishings were perfect for us. My husband and I had a king suite with a private bathroom. Our granddaughter and her mother shared the other king suite with a private bath. And our adult son has his own room and bathroom. There was plenty of room to gather or slip away for alone time. The location was perfect. The property was well maintained. We will be back.

Great location and great condition of the property inside and outside. Amenities were very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities .Would like regular cable television instead of streaming apps.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and the rooms were a great size! The Check in and Check out process through the app was super easy! All the detailed info and suggestions in the app were helpful too. My only suggestion is to include the gate code for the condo/beach access.

Wonderful ocean front condo!

We loved our stay at this beautiful ocean front condo with gorgeous ocean views and great location walkable to Coligney, the tiki bar and the beach. We enjoyed listening to the live music from the tiki bar on the balcony. The two king rooms were spacious and comfortable. The 3rd bedroom was tight, would have been better if they still had bunk beds and a trundle bed to pull out.

Good view. Pool area is nice. Tiki Bar next door had live music - 3 days of which were fine as it was not horribly loud. However, 1 day was basically loud rap music (which is terrible both in sound and volume) and another had very loud heavy metal. Could do without that. Condo ok, but fairly worn out. Carpet in the living room is in desperate need of replacement.

Nice condo in a great location. Little concerned with the coffee table. Very sharp corners on the glass protective top was a concern with a toddler. Otherwise the condo is nice and has a lot of beach toys, floats, buckets and shovels for the kids to use.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Clean 3-bedroom (2 suites); large dining space, great kitchen. Balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. Beautiful view, great stay, very clean, well maintained with staff on property.

Best spot on the property!!

The views were perfect. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut entertainment on our decks. Although it rained most of the time , you can’t beat the location for hanging out still enjoying the outside. We would love to return to this very same condo.

Great location!

The unit was perfect for our stay and the location was ideal! The guard was a bit snarky at check in and fortunately was the only negative to the trip. Will definitely return!

2025 HHI stay

It was a perfect location. Easy beach access. Perfect walk to Coligny. Which is exactly what we wanted. The only issues were outlets in one of the bedrooms were not working. Toilet in one room kept going off and on all night and day. In the room with the non working outlet had pipe issues. They had to sleep on pull out couch. The bathrooms did have hair in them from previous rentals. We loved the location. It was perfect.

We were all very pleased overall. It had almost everything we wanted. I would just suggest a new toaster and possibly a couple of throws. We would definitely stay there again. This is our 3 year of staying at Ocean One.

The photos associated with this property exactly represent the property as it is. The interior and exterior could use some updating (which seems to be in progress). Fantastic location--we would use this same property again.

Location, location, location!

This property was perfectly situated for our family to enjoy a week on the beach! Just steps from the beach, we walked/ran the beach at sunrise, then went back to the condo before breakfast. Days were spent on the beach and in the water, and we especially enjoyed bobbing in the water during the 'golden hour,' watching the sunset. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the condo is very comfortable, though the furnishings are worn. When you don't feel like cooking, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!
