This was a very disappointing experience. The photos do not match and house ammentities are not accurate. The lock on the front door was broken when we arrived and we had to have the husband of the house cleaner come help repair it. The cleanliness of the home was poor and there were lots of bugs both dead and alive. Some of the big draws were the hot tub, game room, and deck. There was NO hot tub even though it states it was recently confirmed, the game room was nothing like pictured(basically a pool table in a storage garage) and we didnt even use the deck based on the conditions of the furniture. A lot of things are broken and are in need of repairs.While the location and set up was perfect for our family we would not stay again and do not recommend it.

Maybe 2 1/2 stars. PROS: Great Location, close to many attractions, especially for families. Spacious home with PLENTY of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great AC, plenty of parking and nice dock. CONS: Black mold around kitchen skylight and upstairs bathroom ceiling, filthy, unusable BBQ pit, Dryer door still broken, had to lean something against it to keep it closed. I spoke with the owner before booking about the lack of dining chairs, was told "no problem" he had recently purchased more chairs. There were 2 chairs available upon arrival with 5 broken chairs tossed into closets. We were told twice during our stay that someone would be bring new chairs by. Never happened. There were not nearly enough plates, utensils, pots or large bowls for 11 people, let alone the 22 they say can be accommodated. Told where to take the trash but provided no trash bags. The worst, the fenced yard was extremely overgrown when we arrived. Someone came on our last full day and cut the yard while we were gone. They also entered the home and left the door ajar upon leaving making the house unsecured to anyone in the vicinity. The owner never responded to this offense.

Unit was not ready at check in time. It was 9pm when the cleaner finished. House smelled of pot and had mold on kitchen and bathroom ceilings. There were only two kitchen table chairs in the house that sleeps 22 people. The owner said there would be 10 and kept saying he was sending someone to get the chairs put together and never did. The WiFi was intermittent all week and tvs were wifi so we were unable to watch tv at night. There were cheeseburgers and empty beer cans in our dressers. The volleyball court was covered in huge weeds and not usable. There was no hot tub which the owner told me would be installed prior to our arrival. There was barely any kitchen/cooking equipment utensils. There were no chairs at the dock as shown in the pictures and the ladder attached to the dock is not a dock ladder and tiny with no handles to help get out of the water.

Disappointing Stay – Cabin Didn’t Match Photos

I’ve been spending Fourth of July weekends in the Ozarks for several years now, and this has been by far the most disappointing experience. From the start, things went wrong — check-in instructions were delayed, and despite reaching out to the host multiple times, we didn’t receive a response until the day before our arrival.The cabin itself was in poor condition. The furniture was broken, the place was not properly cleaned, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was no working Wi-Fi, no hot tub as advertised, and the lawn and property were overgrown and neglected.I’ve never had issues like this with other rentals, and it’s unfortunate I didn’t check the reviews beforehand — I definitely wouldn’t have booked this place. I cannot recommend this cabin based on our experience.

Good but not accurate

Proerty was nice but many inaccurate. A lot of doors did not work properly. Dryer would not stay closed and on. 2 broken chairs unable to use. Paper products, detergents not supplied. Outdoor seating broken light heaters. Many repairs are needed.

Guys Lake Trip

Property was just as described. It is right on the lake off the main channel, but in a quiet cove, so you don't get all the waves. Good dock and deck for hanging out. Bedrooms are spread out and nice. We had 10 guys but never felt cramped. The garage is a fun game room. Landshark bar is a very short car ride. Redheads bar is a short car ride and just a one cove over by boat. Good place to stay for groups or a family.

Eh, its alright

Cons: NO HOT TUB LIKE ADVERTISED! All of the doors in the house need work. They either won't stay shut, are very loud, or are hard to open. The garage is the game room and is super hot. Theres not enough dishes for a large group and if you have a large group, you will want to bring pots and pans as what is supplied are little and wont suffice. The coffee pot is only a 5 cup and doesnt work. The beds are terrible, especially the bunk beds. Not really enough seating for a large crowd either. Pros: There is a dock right off the back yard to where you can have a boat, swim, fish. The water is deep and you cant touch. There were deer and other little animals right in the yard. Its not far from a couple of beaches. It doesnt sleep as many people comfortably as it says, but there are enough places for air mattresses and such. All in all, if the price is right, its not a bad place to stay at. I would stay again if we could get it for the same price next time.

Not As Advertised - NO HOT TUB

If you put HOT TUB in the description of the property, you should actually have a hot tub. This place didn't have one. That was a primary reason for renting this place. Some of the items didn't work, the external deck furniture was very dirty and missing items, and there were ants in the kitchen coming in from the wall. On the positive side, they let us check out two hours later and the air conditioning worked great. We won't stay here again.

Never again

I had a terrible time with booking. The property manager is not timely on responding. I did confirm 2.5 months before our stay if we would be able to use the hot tub and Tobias, property manager, said they were installing the hot tub and it would be available. We arrived and there was NO HOT TUB and the listing even was listed as having a hot tub and more. I asked the property manager upon arrival and he has still yet to respond. We checked out days ago……I was also double charged in the booking process and it was a mess to get my money back also in that process and me asking for the over payment refund he threatened to cancel my booking. Never again will I rent from this company/property owner. He was rude, not punctual with responses and the house had 2 broken chairs to the dining room table as well as a ton of light bulbs missing or burned out throughout the property. It also snowed and we didn’t have access to a shovel or salt treatment for the ground and walk ways.

Beware/Not as it seems

Just about everything in this place is broke and if you reach out to the management company, don’t expect them to get back to you. Wi-Fi did not work the entire time. No silverware. No hot tub. No ladder to get in and out of the lake. Maybe sleeps 14, not 16-22 like they advertised. Beware of this property, would not recommend staying here. The pictures are so deceiving

Family Vacation

Sadly the group before us must have been totally a huge party crowd....the windows were dirty....I had to clean them....the BBQ grill had leftover food left on it...not just grease but they actually left their food on it...my brother-in-law had to clean it....we had to pick up debris off the floors that the cleaning crew did not get...I had to do a lot of cleaning before we felt comfortable. The home is nice inside just needs a good cleaning crew to take care of it. The yard had not been mowed in a long time so my grandson could not play in the fenced in yard area and whoever was before us left water bottles, juice boxes and beer bottles scattered about in the yard. The couches in the garage game room are broken down...there is one that my granddaughter could sit on without it falling the floor. This house is listed as a luxury home but due to the fact that party crowds are renting it out it is not meeting luxury standards. I was disappointed because the pictures and the description given fall way short of the house in actuality.

A perfect location in a beautiful home.

The property is beautiful with plenty of parking for the amount of people that can stay. The location is close to all of the prime pool bars and to the strip. I highly recommend this place for large groups!

Right on the lake close to ramp

This is a great place to stay of coming to the Ozarks for a fishing event or just a weekend get away. Only 10 mins from the main ramp so makes it a good spot. The parking can be kind of difficult to manage with multiple boats but works out. Overall was a great stay. Property owners were very helpful during the stay as well.
