“The air conditioner did not work. It was SO HOT during our stay that we dreaded being in the room. We would not stay here again. The room was clean. The location was great. The lack of air conditioning in the middle of July just ruined the entire stay.”

“Excellent ryokan. I had a room with my own bathroom and shower/tub. Very clean. Comfortable futon.”

“Loved it, thanks Yuri”

“Highly recommended, the workers are very helpful, very fluent in English…. Easy access to shops and City Mall.”
