“Terrible pague por una habitación con cama king, y cuando llegó por mi reservación me dice que no hay que sólo con dos camas queen, y después que no acepte esa habitación que ella me quería dar, me dijo que si tenían la que yo reservé pero que no estaban limpias y tuve que esperar que limpiaran la habitación, pienso que si reservo y pago por adelantado tienen que darme la habitación que reserve, ”

“Every cupboard in drawer was dirty the tub had hair in it the TV didn't work neither did the phone and to sum it up I found cockroaches and no compensation was made to me”
