“Terrible pague por una habitación con cama king, y cuando llegó por mi reservación me dice que no hay que sólo con dos camas queen, y después que no acepte esa habitación que ella me quería dar, me dijo que si tenían la que yo reservé pero que no estaban limpias y tuve que esperar que limpiaran la habitación, pienso que si reservo y pago por adelantado tienen que darme la habitación que reserve, ”

“I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo.”

“I was in the newer wing and had a beautiful view out my window. I stayed Thursday-Sunday and the noise was minimal. I believe my room must have been above the fitness area as I did hear gym sounds as I sat in my room. The room was quite spacious and I had all I needed for a pleasant stay. Although they don’t provide a breakfast, they do have a supplies for making coffee/tea, also with availability in lobby. Check-in/out was seamless.
