“Great quite location with all the basic amenities that I needed”

“Great place. Great location. Lots of room. Clean. Maybe a few more steps than two 77 year olds would normally want. But still worth it!!! ”

“Historical building right in the downtown”

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“The bunkie was a perfect space for me, my husband, and our med and lg dogs. There is a beautiful view of the Ottawa River from the bedroom. The host has thought of almost anything you could need, from a guide of trails and attractions in the area, to a tie out on the deck for a dog, a variety of snacks for any type of palate, spices and oils for you to cook with, even instant oats and coffee or tea for the morning if you'd like. It felt very homey and warm, and we could imagine how warm it...

“Great suite, Steps to many restaurants and cafe’s. Host Randa was gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Do yourself a favour and be sure to visit her Art gallery and cafe below. We look forward to returning.”

“The place was ok as far as cleanliness but there was no shower soaps or any essentials. The worst was there were no sheets on either bed and when I texted the host I never heard back from them. I texted again the following day and they never reached out to me. Make sure if you rent this place to quickly check and make sure they have sheets on the bed. That to me was disgusting and to not at the minimum reach out to me and apologize was just as bad…”

“Spacious but cosy with all you need for your stay. Quality bedding and towels Pizza place a few doors down. I will add there are stairs(with a rail) as it’s on the second floor, in case that’s a problem for some people. I encourage you to book your stay for the perfect getaway”
