Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.

Nice quiet and private area, close to town (1 1/2 blocks away from main street) could walk anywhere. Worked great for the two of us.

This property was well located in the middle of this quaint town. Because of that you can easily walk to any destination. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows and blankets. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The shared courtyard was nice.

The cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls. The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room. It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit. Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit. We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.

Place was clean, and had a washer and dryer. Bathroom was updated and worked well. It is a older home so has some weird little quirks but worked well for us.

Only issue was finding the actual front door as it was inside the enclosed porch. After a quick phone call that was solved in seconds everything was good-to-go for the week.Other than the bear tipping the dumpster on the last day, no complaints!

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great and right in town. One small issue was that there was not enough bathroom supplies for our almost week long stay and we had to buy more. Also there is no dishwasher so hand washing dishes is required.

Wonderful unit but only half 1/2 roll of TP. Called the first morning and manager rattled on for a minute before saying she would send someone over. Know one showed up in the hour we were there. Also, the trash dumpster was full to the rim. Also, never been asked to run the first load of laundry before we leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute little place had everything we needed. Short walk to everything We come to Ouray for a week every year to Jeep with friends and enjoy a break from the desert as we are from Phoenix. The general store a short walk away has everything you need did you not want to go out to eat but there are plenty of great restaurants very close as well. The house is perfect for two but you could have a couple kids as well but keep in mind one bathroom and a small kitchen. It worked out perfect for the two of us!

We had a great time at Mission Rock. The space was just right for the three of us. We had coffee on the patio each morning. The chalet was 5 minutes walk from Main Street or the Hotsprings. We would love to come back. Despite the fact that we shared the yard with the other two properties it was very nice and quiet and intimate.

It was a perfect setup and location for our group. We met friends in Durango and got a chance to enjoy riding around is riding Silverton, Silverton, Telluride and Pagosa Springs.
