Can’t beat the location! The condo is walking distance to Main Street, coffee shops, restaurants with absolutely beautiful views! Loved the little kitchen, cozy fireplace, comfy couch and comfy bed. Had a minor issue and the rental company was quick to respond and help. The rental company even checked in with us our second day there to make sure we didn’t need anything or if we had questions. We would def stay here again in the future and look forward to it!

We all enjoy spending our weekend in Ouray. The property is very convinently located. Wlking distance to Hot Springs, Jeep Rentals, Box Canyon..............

The location is fantastic, one short block off of main street. The condo is spacious enough and I liked having the balcony off of the master bedroom. It was warm during the day during our stay, but fortunately air flow is not a major concern as there are plenty of windows on multiple sides of the building for airflow. One suggestion for the owner is to add spare floor fans just in case. My main complaint is that the cookware is awful. Bring your own pans if you plan to use the kitchen.

Loved staying here while in Ouray. It was very convenient and a quite place to stay. Unit was clean and included everything we needed. The unit did get a little warm in the daytime because there was no AC. But we did know that in advance, and we were there in the middle of summer. Not a negative, just a mention for guests that like rooms super cool to think about.

Prime location! Was a perfect size for my fiancé and I. Would work well for a small family with small kids, too. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the porch. Great views of the surrounding mountains and right in the heart of Ouray without too much noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with a great location to town. It was a very relaxing stay for my wife and me. The beauty around Ouray and relaxed environment makes Plano/Dallas seem like a dump…well, Colorado in general is much better than Texas…IMO.

Nice little 2 bedroom condo. The location was great - just 1 block off of main street. The kitchen was just a little smaller than expected but we made it work for us. It would have been nice to know that the laundry was coin operated in another building before our stay.

Overall, this place checked all our boxes. It was plenty big enough for my husband and I and for the most part, very clean. As a part of the check out practice you are required to load the dishwasher. Based on the amount of “clean dishes” that were put up dirty, I feel like this is the one area the housekeeper has fallen short. A better practice might simply be to have all guests wash and put away all the dishes they use. The guests might take better care ensuring the dishes are actually clean for the next group. Otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable. The only other negative is perhaps only a negative to us specifically. I didn’t realize upon booking that this was an apartment complex with full time residents-including a family with several kids on the floor above. They were pretty noisy from the time they got home from school until about 10pm each day. We spent most of that time out enjoying the town, but those seeking early, quiet nights might take note.

Nice condo within wall long distance to many shops and restaurants. There are several attached units, but the noise was minimal for our stay. We would stay there again.

Great property! Great Stay in Ouray. Close to Main Street after hiking, biking, and jeeping . Great to park the car for the night after being in it all day and walk to dinner. Property had everything you need to make a week stay comfortable. It’s a middle floor in the complex with local residents. No complaints
