“After 3 days of travel, when we stepped into this home we were just wowed! Thoughful amenities, gracious decor, comfortable rooms, plenty of spaces for our family to sleep....just lovely. Hostess communication was always helpful, kind and welcoming. Location is superb! Ozark itself has much to offer, plus we were close to Branson and even closer to Springfield. While staying there, we were already trying to book the home for our next stay....I can't recommend this olace hifhly enough!”

“Horrible hotel. There is hardly anything available at breakfast almost regardless of the time you go. It seems they put out one batch of food and when that runs out they do not replenish any of it. I planned to use the hot tub until I saw how dirty it was and when I had staff check the temperature it was only 87. In the room, someone had removed the smoke detector batteries, which I could see because the battery compartment was left open and empty. I could also barely open and close the room...
